McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 Proposed Technical Specification Change Gentlemen:

Attached are proposed license amendments for Facility Operating Licenses NPF-9 and NPF-17 for McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2, respectively. The proposed changes address a range of issues, but are administrative or minor changes such as updating the index.

Attachment I contains the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications. contains the Justification and Safety Analysis in support of the proposed changes; this includes a brief description of the proposed change and the reasoning behind it, and an analysis conforming to the standards contained in 10CFR 50.92 as required by 10CFR 50.91 which concludes that the proposed amendments do not involve any Significant Hazards Considerations.

This request involves one application for amendment to McGuirt 'a Technical Specifications. Accordingly, pursuant to 10CFR 170.21, a check for $150.00 is enclosed.
