Your letter of August 1,1985, transmitted Revision No. 4 to the UNC Naval Products Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan. We have reviewed the in-formation contained in this plan revision and have determined that portions of the revision are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c), and are considered acceptable.
However, certain other portions of this revision are not considered acceptable for the reason stated in the enclosure to this letter. For these portions, you are to modify your plan accordingly and submit corrected page revisions to this office within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.
The above referenced letter and enclosure, and the enclosure to this letter, contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the -
provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; therefore, they will be withheld from public dis-closure and will not be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
