Due to the continuation of the circumstances described in your letter of January 18,19C5, as further discussed during several telephone conversa-tions between your !!r. R. J. Gigliotti and fir. O. F. Smith of the flRC staff, we find your request to be reasonable and justified, and have determined that grcnting it will not ad.>crsely affect the common defense and security nor tha public health and safety and is otherwise in the public interest.
Accordingly, we cre hereby revising License Condition 9.3 of Saf guards Ic.endment SG-1 to your License f;o. S!!!!-368, effective immediately, to read as follows:
9.3 The licensee is authorized to employ uncleared guards in towers and on patrol outside of the protected area until October 31,19SS, provided all of the conditions specified ~
in the licensee's letter of October 24, 1934, concerning this subject are strictly adhered to. This license con-dition will automatically expire on October 31, 1935, unless sooner rescinded by the Conmission.
