Seismic Design Review Gentlemen:

This letter provides a portion of the seismic design review information requested by Reference (b).

As requested by Question 5 of Reference (b), we are herewith transmitting a copy of the Regulatory Guide 1.60 amplified response spectra developed as part of our seismic re-evaluation program. The spectra labeled "SSE" were based on a 0.2g Regulatory Guide 1.60 ground spectra, while those labeled "0BE" utilized a 0.lg Regulatory Guide 1.60 input.

The development of the attached ARS was based upon the following Regulatory Guides:
