10 CFR 50.54(p) effectiveness evaluation.
Based on the overall evaluation of the changes made to the Defueled Security Plan, it has been determined that the effectiveness of the Plan has not been decreased, therefore the changes are being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The 10 CFR 50.54(p) effectiveness evaluation record is available for NRC review in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). It is anticipated that these changes will be implemented on or about April 5,1999.
The enclosures to this letter contain S AFEGUARDS INFORMATION of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and shall be protected against unauthorized disclosure. When separated from the enclosures, this letter may be decontrolled.
