Changes to Defueled Security Plan Gentlemen:
Attached is a summary of changes made to our Defueled Security Plan in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p)(2). These change have been evaluated in accordance with regulatory guidance contained in Generic Letter 95-08 and "do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan".

The enclosures to this letter, contain SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which should be protected against unauthorized disclosure. This letter when separated from enclosure is not SAFEGUARDS.
