Investigation revealed the Packing Leakoff Line for the "B" Reactor Recirculation Pump's Discharge Isolation Valve had separated.

The discharge valve was repacked and the leatoff line reconnected.92-002 920129 F 27.9 8 4 N/A HA TURBIhE The turbine could not be placed in service due to high vibration. Investigation revealed the rotor for the "B" !ow Pressure Turbine was not properly balanced. A balance shot was installed and the turbine returned to service.
