We-Dale Saltzman and Ellen Saltzman-live within ten miles of the Indian Point nuclear power plant and are very concerned about the mish'aps, shutdowns, and other shenanigans that plague this most. dangerous nuke. I have two children who attend school in Yorktown, and my skin crawls when I consider the evacuation plan that is being foisted upon us by Con Edison and PASNY.
This plan is a joke.
Dale Saltzman would like to make an oral statement and I, Ellen Saltzman, would like to make a written Catement
'o be considered as part of the safety hearings that will be conducted by the AS&LB in January. We feel that people who will be di.ectly affected by both the evacu2 tion plan and the continued operation of Indian Point should be allowed to have their say at these proceedings.
