Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act,5 USC Paragraph 552, and to the NRC's regulations, I hereby request the following:

NRC Office of Investigation Report 1-97-038 (EA No.98-056). Via a February 25,1998 letter (ACN # 9803130134), the NRC provided a synopsis of the referenced report in a correspondence from Mr.
Charles W. Hehl (NRC - Director, Division of Reactor Projects) to Mr.
Stephen Bram (Consolidated Edison, Senior Vice President-Central Operations, Indian Point Unit 2). I wou(d like to obtain a copy of the entire investigation report. (Reference FOIA/PA 98-192 Originally submitted 5/7 and subsequently withdrawn) 2)
