'd 6-9-n Dear Sir; This is a Freedom of Information act request;. 5 U.S.C. Sec 557 On July 24 1984 a series of unidentified lights was observed by New York Power Authority Police Officers at the Indian Point Nuclear Complex in Buchanan, N.Y. Also it has come to my attention that the Lights (UFO) was said to hover over the plant for fifteen minutes.
At thic time the officers reported that it was a solid object at least 900 feet long. The incident was witnessed by 12 officers plus the watch commander.
I Hereby request that all reports, logs, statements, documents and photographic material (Including video tapes) be furnished to me for research purposes. This request is to include all statements, drawings and or written reports by Power Authority Officers at the time of the sightings. I also would like to request any other UFO incidents reported by residents in the area and personel of the Indian Point Complex from January 1983 to May 1986.
