Dear Mr. Tedesco:

Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 New Applications Survey (Generic Letter No. 82-Q In Reference (1), you requested information from Applicants on plans for license applications and requests for reviews. The purpose of this is to assist the NRC in developing data which will form the basis for NRC license application review scheduling, manpower and resource allocation planning, and budget preparation through 1984. In response to your request, the following Millstone Unit No. 3 schedule dates are provided with regard to our application for OL issuance:

11-01-82 FSAR and ER Submittal to NRC 11-01-85 Construction Completion Date Further details on the status of Millstone Unit No. 3 construction can be found in Reference (2). We trust that you will find this information beneficial to the development of NRC planning and scheduling for nuclear power plant licensing. We remain available to discuss with you, further questions you may have on the Millstone Unit No. 3 project.
