submitted a description = of the results. of the second in-cycle . inspection of Millstone Unit No. 2's steam generators, and implications .with regard to safetyi and . reliability: of1 the 1 steam generators for the remainder of the current = operating cycle. The July 3,1990 letter stated thet the. circumfer-ential cracks ! identified in the Millstone Unit No. 2 steam generators are s expected - to exhibit ' ai leak-before-break behavior, the 0.1 gpm leakage limit previously established remains valid, and that continued operation' for the q ' remainder of Cycle 10 was found to be safe in accordance with-' applicable.
