Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 Insoection of Emeraency Operatina Procedures in a January 19, 1990, letter,(I) the NRC Staff notified Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) of an upcoming inspection of Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) at Millstone Unit No. 3 and requested copies of certain documents relevant to E0Ps. The purpose of this letter is to forward the requested information, which is being sent - directly to Mr. P. Bissett, the Inspection Team Leader.

Information provided herein includes:

1. Complete procedure index
2. Emergency Operating Procedures
3. Abnormal Operating Procedures (A0Ps)
4. Owners' Group Emergency Response Guidelines (ERG) (revision used for the current E0Ps)
5. Procedure Generation Package, including:

c. Verification and Validation Program
