Amendment to Annual Reporting of Changes to the Quality Assurance Program Proposed Revision 13 to the Northeast Utilities Quality Assurance Proaram Tooical Report 1
The purpose of this letter is to amend the proposed Revision 13 to the Northeast Utilities QualitQssurance Program (NVQAP) Topical Report which was submitted on June 4, 1990.
Revision 12 of the NVQAP:T ical Report that was submitted on Miny 25, 1989(2) 1 and subsequently approved, committed to Regulatory Guide 1.152 for only the Haddam Neck Plant in Appendix 0 of the NVQAP Topical Report.
The commitment to this Regulatory Guide is also for Millstone Unit Nos.1, 2, and 3.
This submittal is to amend the proposed Revision 13 of the NVQAf. Topical that was
