Dear Mr. Carter:
As a resident of Ossining, and as a nurse, I am concerned for the health and safety of my family and my neighbors.
I have seen the current evacuation plan for those of us who live within a ten mile radius of Indian Point, and I am convinced that the plan is inadequate.
I would like to appear before the board to make a limited appearance statement regarding the inadequacies I perceive.
Mornings are best for me.
