This letter and its enclosures respond to "Intervenor Clecton's Request for Production of Docunents from the Nuclear Regulatsry Cornission Staff Relative to TMI-2" (August 14,1981). During a telephone discussion between !!rs.
Clecton and Staff Counsel, it was agreed that your request would be limited to those documents identified in the portions of the "fiRC Staff Reponse To Intervenor Clecton's Interrogatorie: Relative to Erergency Planning and Ti1I-2 Related Issues" (Septenber 2,1981) which relate to the " radiological, biological, economic, political, and psychological consequences... of the accident at Tf!I-2." Our review of your interrogatories and our responses, indicates that the documents which fall within this description are those listed in our responses to interrogatories 9,11 and 15.
