REFERENCE:

NRC 8.ETTER DATED JANUARY 14, 1981

Dear Mr. Tedesco:

The preservice examination requirements listed in the referenced letter are already incorporated as part of the CPSES Quality Assurance Program and will be performed and documented by CPSES Construction Quality Control personnel.

The preoperational testing requirements have been incorporated into chapter 14 of the FSAR. As a prerequisite to the pre-operational testing, the preservice inspection will be verified to have been completed within 6 months of the preoperational testing.
