In accordance with the requirements of 100FR50.55a, and ASME Section XI,. ' .
TV Electric has enclosed two.(2) copies of the CPSES Unit 1, Preservice- '
Inspection (PSI) Summary Report Addendum. The:CPSES Unit 1 PSI Summary Report has-previously been submitted by the referenced-letter. A copy.of the PSI Summary Report Addendum has also been sent to the Region IV office,- CPSES NRC Resident Inspector, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and Hartford Steam Boiler.
This PSI Summary Report Addendum provides the remaining'information and-editorial corrections relating to the PSI at CPSES Unit 1. The report ,
addresses-those examinations'and tests of Code' Class 3 1 and.2' systems as !
stipulated in the CPSES Unit 1 PSI Plan which'were not addressed in the PSI Summary Report.
