p-m a I have just received, from Milt Wessel, a copy of your December 13 letter to Myron Cherry.

May I rep ~ eat the statement in my December 6 Memor.andum to all parties, " Notice need only be addressed to me. I will see that copies are routed to any other Dow attorneys who may be involved."

Mr. O'Connor, who received a copy of your December 13 letter,

l. moved to Texas two years ago and copies directed to him'are always delayed in reaching me. - Mr. Wessel travels a great deal and once again there is an inevitable delay in communications addressed to his-White Plains office. Either I or one of my colleagues will always be available here, so as to be able to give proper prompt attention to these matters.
