Enclosed is a copy of thra summary of t.he various alternatives for the supoly of pcNer and steam to Dow's Midland Plant that we discussed in our telephone conversation yesterday. This summary is responsive to the oral request for docu..snts you levied in a telephone conversation with Mr. Duran on December 30, 1976, and the requiss your secretary relayed to ne from ycu and Dr. Tima earlier this week. s It is my understanding that after Dr. Timm discussed this summary with Mr. Burroughs yesterday, Dr. Tims star.cd that it was no longer necessary to comply uith the document request relayed by your secretary.

Therefore, I am assucting that by sending a copy of this summary to you and one to Dr. Timm, Dow has complied with both discovery requests.

If I am nistaken, please let us know so that va can begin review and production of whatever documents you =ay designato. We are sending this document to you and Dr. Timm by er,ress mail.
