on March 20, 1976, the annual inspection of Oconee Unit 1 React Building was completed, pursuant to Technical Specification 4.4.1.4.

The inspection was performed in accordance with approved test pro-cedure PT/0/A/0150/16, Reactor Building Inspection Test.

A visual examination was made of accessible interior and exterior surfaces of the containment structure and its components. The following are discrepancies found during the inspection:

1. Oil leakage was discovered around several tendon caps around gaskets, caps, and filler plugs. These leaks will be examined and appropriate repairs made.

2. Several bolts were discovered missing from two tendon anchor caps.

Action has been initiated to replace these bolts.

Previously identified discrepancies as reported in our letter of February 21, 1975, include three cracks discovered in the Reactor Building base slab and leakage around tendon caps. Subsequent inspection has revealed no further change in the cracks in the base slab and the leaking tendon caps have been satisfactorily repaired.

From this inspection no evidence of deterioration was found which could a,ffect the containment's structural integrity or leak tightness.
