I herewith petition to intervene in time hearings relating to the proposed re-opening of T.M.I. Unit I. My specific areas of petitioning relate to:

My concerns relative to safety center on t h e.
hazards posed by " plumes" and residual conta=2inears in the soil. Specifically, I am interested in thae ~
adequacy of detection systems and the impli2nentacion of information flow to the public.
My petitioning relative to cost is centered an the uniquely discriminatory utility pricing procedures which encourage the construction of high investment facilities to enhance the profitability of the electric utility business operation.
Having considerable background in the. effects of radiation, I removed my family from our home durin g the recent incident.
Although my preference would be to attend as a full intervener I would, alternatively, wish to attend on a limited appearance basis.
