Additional infonnation supporting the exemption requests was requested by the NRC in Reference 2. Reference 3 provided Comed's response.

Based on further consideration, Comed withdraws the exempticn requests. The NRC may terminate its review of this issue. Attached to this letter is a listing of the Comed commitments made in this submittal. 1 Please direct any questions you may have conceming this submittal to this olTice.
