REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE S2-084/OlP SALEM 100, 2 UNIT LER This letter is to confiru: our verbal report to the unc Headquarters on Sunday, August 29, 1982, advising of a potential reportable occurrence in accordance with IE Bulletin 80-24.
- During routine power operation, a service water leak was discovered inside the Containement Building, on No. 23 containment Fan Coil Unit. The leak rate was approxi-mately 0.5 gallons per minute, and the leak has been isolated.
