Inspection Conducted February 18-21, 1986 (Report 50-785/86-04)

Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection consisting of detection

aids - PA, physical barriers - PA, assessment aids, lighting, lock and key

control, and testing and maintenance. The inspection involved

l 32 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.

Results: Within the six areas inspected, three violations were identified;

detection aids protected area, paragraph 2; assessment aids, paragraph 3; and

lock and key control, paragraph 4
