Areas Inspected:
Routine unannounced inspection including followup on previously identified items, licensee event reports, a review of security plan and implementing procedures, compensatory measures, contingency event responses, and protection of Safeguards information.
Results: Within the areas inspected, two violations (failure to provide adequate compensatory measures, paragraph 6; and failure to provide a clear isolation zone, paragraph 5) were identified.
