On December 22, 1991, the Unit 1 outage was completed and the Unit began to increase in power.From December 22, 1991, until December 23, 1991, the Unit was held at 25%power for physics testing.On December 23, 1991, the Unit was held at 40%power to investigate a problem with the 1A Auxiliary Transformer.
From December 23, 1991, until December 24, 1991, the Unit was held at 50~power for physics testing;the Unit was then held at 504 power to clean oil in the feed pump lube oil system.Once the oil was cleaned the Unit began to increase in power.On December 26, 1991, the Unit was held at 80%for physics testing.On December 28, 1991, the Unit was at 1004 power.In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the PORVs or safety valves during the report period.
