This is in regard to 'your letter dated October 1,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of documents between members of the Board of Directors of Gulf States Utilities Company and officials of the NRC since 1978.

In my letter dated January 9,1986, I informed you that the search had been ~

completed by the staff. Subsequently, four additional documents were identified that are subject to your request. The documents are identified on the enclosed appendix and are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in file folder F01A-85-677 in your name.
