SUBJECT: CORRECTION TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-458/99-03
Dear Mr. Edington:
NRC Inspection Report 50-458/99-03 was issued May 19,1999, with errors in the tracking
'
numbers assigned to the seven noncited violations and an error regarding the actual location of
a senior reactor operator during refueling activities. Since these errors could lead to confusion,
we are issuing corrected pages. Please replace page 4 of the " Report Details" section and
page 2 of the report attachment with the revised pages included in this letter. We regret any
inconvenience this may have caused,
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
