SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-458/99-06
Dear Mr. Edington:
This refers to the inspection conducted on April 19 to 23,1999, at the River Bend Station
facility. The purpose of this inspection was to review your inservice inspection program and
implementation and followup on previous inspection findings. The enclosed report presents the
results of this inspection.
During the inspection period, your inservice inspection activities at the River Bend Station were
being implemented in accordance with the ASME Code and regulatory requirements,
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
Should you have any questicas concerning this inspection, we will be pleased to discuss them
with you.
