(Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-456 and 50-457) dL Bridget Little Rorem 117 North Linden Street Essex,-Illinois 60935

Dear Bridget:

This is to confirm that we have responded to the request that you made during our December 26, 1985 conference call .

for a copy of the Braidwood Plan, Vol. 7, SOP-ll, Attachment D. Commonwealth delivered a copy of the entire SOP-ll, including Attachment D, to your house by hand on December 27, 1985.

You will find the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) messages or scripts for re-entry in SOP-ll.

You may wish to check your files to determine whether you might have misplaced some materials previously sent to you. Commonwealth provided you with the Braidwood Plan in August that included all EBS messages or scripts for shelter, evacuation, and information only conditions (Vol. 7, SOP-8, Attachments C, D, and E). In addition, on November 19, 1985, Counsel for Commonwealth filed with the Board and served on all parties a copy of the re-entry scripts that you requested on December 26, 1985 (copy of Cout al's letter attached). If your review discloses a need for further information, please let me know.

While our conference call yielded no agreements to narrow or limit the issues raised by the Offer of Proof, I remain hopeful that further discussions after your January 6 filing may prove fruitful. Please call me collect at your convenience to set a time and place for further discussions.

Very truly yours,

~
