Yesterday I sent you the report of the QA investi-gation of the pace of BCAP.

This investigation was undertaken in response to a statement of concern expressed by a SCAP engineer in a Quality First interview on January 8, 1985.

Enclosed are the remaining potentially relevant documents from the Quality First file for this statement of concern.
Documents AR007397-7457 are Mr. Fitzpatrick's notes of his interviews with 61 BCAP engineers.
The names of the engineers have been deleted by Quality First, and
" Engineer 1",
" Engineer 2" etc. substituted, to protect their confidentiality.
You will see that the notes are typewritten.
We could not find Mr. Fitzpatrick's original handwritten notes of these interviews.
Mr. Fitzpatrick's recollection is that his handwritten notes were typed up without any editing and then the handwritten notes may have been discarded.
Documents AE037458-7480 are also part of the Quality First file.
As you can see, although the investigation focussed solely on BCAP engineers, CECO's follow up, in the form of instructions and training sessions on the subject of 8612080430 861203 PDR ADOCK 05000456 g

as well as all BCAP engineers (AR007394007394 and BCAP inspectors (AR007395007395.
I have included the documentation of these training sessions for CECO QA, PTL, and Comstock.
The only part of the Quality First file which I have not sent you is the documentation of training sessions for Pullman, Getschow, NISCo, Newberg, and Midway.
I should point out that the documentation related to the training session for Comstock QC personnel (AR007468-7472) was previously provided to you and was admitted into evidence as Applicant'c Exhibit 97.
