Dear Mr. Guild:

Pursuant to the Licensing Board's Order, I am making available documents which relate to the dismissal of Mr. R.D. Hunter. Enclosed are the following documents:

1. A packet for each of the fourteen hangers which led to the question of whether Mr. Hunter was inspecting through paint;

2. Results of an overview conducted by L.K.

Comstock of Mr. Hunter's AVO inspections;

3. The entire Quality First file regarding Mr.

Hunter's letter to Quality First regarding his March 26, 1986 Exit Interview;

4. Back-up data used by Mr. Orlov to write the memo to Mr. Wallace which is in the Quality First file;

5. Four 8x10 color enlargements of polaroid photographs taken of hanger 12H35 inspected by Mr. ,

Hunter;

6. Inspection results of Mr. Bowman who was requested to inspect welds on the fourteen hangers to -

determine whether they were in an inspectable condition;

7. Miscellaneous documents from the files of Mr.

DeWald, Mr. Simile, Mr. Wallace and Mr. Seltmann concerning I either Mr. Hunter or reviews of his work. l 1
