The purpose of this letter is to remind you that you have not yet responded to our First and Second Set of Interrogatories, insofar as they requested you to:
Identify each and every person who you intend to call as a witness at the hearing in this matter on the contention, and with respect to each such person:

Describe the witness' education and pro-fossional background; b.
State the substance of the facts and opinions to which the witness is expected to testify; Give a summary of the grounds for each c.
