On September 7, 1984, Mr. Victor Nerses; NRC Seabrook Project Manager, and Mr. Bill Kennedy} PTRB, spoke by telephone with our Messrs. Larry Walsh and Warren Hall. Mr. Kennedy had several questions regarding Reference (b),

on which Mr. Walsh was able to provide some reaponses; however, Mr. Kennedy stated that further doctraentation would be nece1sary for him to complete his review cf Reference (b).

In an effort to aid Mr. Kennedy in his review, the following documents are enclosed:

- Seabrook Station Procedure AQ1.002, " Station Operating Procedures"

- Seabrook Station " Emergency Response Procedures", (this material developed for license operator training instruction only).
