of the changes included in this revision is provided as Enclosure 1.
Revised Physical Security Plan pages are provided as Enclosure 2.

decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
The information in the enclosure is considered Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21.
This let.ter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified, when separated from the enclosures.
