Revision 11 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan Gentlemen:

In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR$0.54(p)(2), enclosed is Revision 11 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan. A description l of the changes included in this revision is provided as Enclosure 1.

Revised Physical Security Plan pages are provided as Enclosure 2. New l Hampshire Yankee has determined that the changes provided herein do not l decrease the effectiveness of the plan.

The information in the enclosure is considered Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21. This let.ter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified, when separated from the enclosures.
