Pursuant to ALAB-932, 30 NRC ~ and the ASLB's Memorandum and Order LBP-90-20, New Hampshire Yankee '(NHY) 'has had the'vacuation Time Estimates (ETE) for the Seabrook Station emergency planning'one recalculated to incorporate vehicles hidden from aerial observation. The results of'ecalculating the ETE to include the hidden vehicles are contained in Enclosure 1 to this letter.

These revised ETEs will'be incorporated into thc New Hampshire Radiological Emergency.

Response Plan and thc Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities during the annual update of these plans in January 1991.
