Subject:

Radio Communication Transcript Review Gentlemen:

By letters dated February 23 and March 23, 1990, the Nuclear '

Regulatory Commission forwarded transcripts of Seabrook Station radio transatissions for New Hampshire Yankee's review and evaluation [ References (g) and (h)). These radio transmissions had been recorded by Mr. Fred Anderson, Jr. between January 1, 1989 and January 13, 1990. Mr. Anderson, an individual who has frequently stated his opposition to Seabrook Station in public forums, had alleged that the transmissions which he had been monitoring raised significant safety concerns that needed to be resolved prior to granting Seabrook a full power operating license [ References (c) and (d)).
