Gentlemen New Hampshire Yankee (NHY) conunitted in Reference (b), to replace a f
Rosemount pressure transmitter which was from one of the high failure fraction manufacturing lots identified by Rosemount. Replacement of this transmitter was completed by March 14, 1990.
This replacement transmitter was subsequently removed and replaced by a Rosemount transmitter outside the P
scope of the Rosemount 10CFR Part 21 notification.
