On January S.1976 with Unit 1 in cold shutdown for refueling, a strail pinhole leak.was found in a fillet weld of a 3/4" drain line. The line ,

penetrates the reactor vessel at the N-8B penet ation and is open to the '

-annulus area of the reactor. Section 6.6.0.1.c of Technical Specifications identifies this Icak as degredntion of the reactor coolant pritury boundary.
