On March 30, 1976, the Suppression Chamber water Icvc1 instrumentation I
was found to be mi scalibrated by Instrument Maintenance personnel performing i
e routine surveifiance.
Prior to the instruments' recalibration it Indicated tfat the Suppression Chamber level was -0.8 inches whfic actually the
{i Suppression Chamber level was -2.8 inches.
The Suppression. Chamber water icval was Inanediately" returned to normal.
}
This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. R. Knop of your office f
cn March 30,1976.
