At 1603 hours0.0186 days <br />0.445 hours <br />0.00265 weeks <br />6.099415e-4 months <br />, on October 11, 1983, Lambert, PcGill and Thomas, incorporated Testing personnel were performing an ultrasonic inspection of the Unit 2 Cleanup System piping, as required by the 151 testing program, when a crack indication was identified in the heat affected zone of weld 12S-S27 of line 2-1202-6"A. This weld is an elbow to pipe weld located outside the Primary containtrent between penetration X-14 and the outboard containment isolation valve, Ho 2-1201-5 Unit 2 is currently in the COLD SHUTDOWi condition for re fuel ing.

This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. Chrissotimos of your office on October 12, 1983.
