No sipping was performed on reload fuel assemblies at the end of cycle eleven. This decision was based on chemicai and radiochemical data collected during cycle eieren, which showed no indication of leakage or fuel failure. For Unit Two Cycle 12,-152 new Y,'0-GE9B (barrier clad) assemblies were
