t On June 17, 1976, the Unit I High Pressure Coolant injection system rmtor E
speed changer failed to come off the Low Speed Stop during its monthly sur-b vaillance.
Investigation found the motor speed changer linkage to be bound.
W After freeing the linkage, the raotor speed changer operated satisfactor!Iy.
IJ Proper operation of the Low Speed Stop limit switch is under Investigation.
