. letter to the Board dated January 3, 1984, enclosed is a copy of the North Carolina Emergency Response Plan in Support of the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (February 1984), issued by the Division of Emergency Management of the North Carolina Department of Crime Control & Public Safety. This Plan encompasses the state plan and plans for the counties of Chatham, Harnett, Lee and Wake.

Copies are being provided to all parties on the service list in this proceeding.
