Wayne, PNPS does not have a bolting program. However, I believe NRC is requesting them to submit one. I do not know where they are with this. By copy of this maybe Peter or Jim can advise.

For SS bolting, there will not be LOM due to corrosion, however, for loss of pre-load, if in your experience or there is a past precedent where NRC asked an RAI on this subject, then we will have to address it.

" applicable. Bolting AEs are handle through other programs. However, stainless

" steel bolting in ESF systems are assigned no AEs although loss of preload is

" plausible. Will PNPS be required to have a bolting integrity program? Should

" loss of preload be captured for stainless steel bolting?
