In Reference (1) the subject I.E. Bulletin was transmitted to Northeast Nuclear Energy Company with appropriate action requested. A summary of the results of the investigation was transmitted to the NRC in Reference (2) noting that in several areas the investigation continued. A summary of the results of the investigation, now complete in all areas, can be found in Attachment 1 entitled Results of Investigation into NRC I.E. Bulletin 79-03.
