1. Procedure EPP 06-012, "Dose Assessment," Rev. 15A The procedure provides guidance for determining release rates and for estimating off-site dose to the Whole Body and Thyroid.

The procedure is being revised to make administrative corrections. Step 7.1.2, changed from "Rev. 5.2" to "Rev 5.3." The electronic version of EDCP has been revised. The current revision number is updated to align with the correct revision.

These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

2. Form EPF 06-007-02, "WCGS Immediate Emergency Notification," Rev. OA The form has been changed to make administrative corrections. Changed primary phone number for State EOC Activated, and Senior Resident phone number.
