This refers to the meeting conducted at your staff's request at the Region II Office in Atlanta,Georgia, on February 14, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting's purpose was to discuss variousmanagement initiatives at the Farley Nuclear Plant. Enclosed is a list of attendees.The discussions included the following topics: the reactor vessel head replacement effort, theKaowool project, Mitigating Systems Performance Indicators, the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation status and recent operational performance. The meeting was candid andinformative and provided useful insight into your staff's understanding and resolution of the discussed topics.
