For those AMR results line items that reference Table 3.5.1, item 3.5.1-39 the applicant stated that for loss of material of carbon steel fire hose reels and damper framing exposed to a protected from weather environment is managed using the Fire Protection Program. However, the discussion column of Table 3.5.1, line item 3.5.1-39 does not credit the Fire Protection Program. Moreover, based on the program description, and the enhancements, it seems the appropriate program that should have been credited was Fire Water System Program. The applicant is requested to justify why the Fire Protection Program was not credited in the discussion column of Table 3.5.1, line item 3.5.1-39, and which is the correct program that should have been credited.2. Although in the discussion column of Table 3.5.1, line item 3.5.1-45, PNPS stated that abrasion and cavitiation due to flowing water is insignificant, nonetheless, the Structures Monitoring Program will confirm the absence of aging effects for PNPS group 6 concrete structures.

However, there is no line item in the AMR results Table 2 where the Table 1 line item 3.5.1-45 is referenced.

The applicant is requested to justify why there is no AMR results Table 2 line item where the Table 1 line item 3.5.1-45 is referenced or revise the LRA to include this reference.

> Ram,> As discussed with Erach Patel here are the two RAI questions to the PNPS.> 1- The applicant is requested to justify why the Fire Protection Program was not> credited in the discussion column of Table 3.5.1, line item 3.5.1-39, and which> is the correct program that should have been credited.> 2- The applicant is requested to identify the line item in the AMR results Table> 2 where the Table I line item 3.5.1-45 is referenced.

There needs to be line> item that references item 3.5.1-45, similar to how 3.5.1-47, and 48 are> referenced.
